NCIS Season 6 Episode 16

A man resembling Tony checks into a hotel under DiNozzo's name and dumps a bag containing the corpse of lieutenant Justin Grady, a defense mail executive, strangled and then stabbed in the heart. The impostor appears: it's Renny Grant, Tony's first convicted suspect, who did three years in prison for Pentagon embezzlement but now proves his innocence and denies the murder. Gibbs puts Tony in charge, even over himself. Team Tony must disentangle the complex embezzlement and the recent murder, plus some new crimes.
