NCIS Season 2 Episode 4

Ducky looks forward to the three days convention of medical examiners in London. The team examines a female Navy Lieutenant's bruised corpse found under a grandstand in Norfolk. Ducky takes a later flight to do the autopsy alone, and rushes Abby, after finding a bloody trident-mark on her neck indicating it's the work of a known killer from ten years ago, never having been able to identify her, then drives off and brings in sperm to check- it matches. Again it's no sailor but a dressed-up civilian victim, but they are physically very different. The team guesses the murderer waited ten years because of a jail term for another crime. Just as then, the next day the killer drops a trident-signed note 'I'll' be back' exactly where the body was. The team examines men known from the 1994 file and now around, Master Chief Ian Goetz is eliminated. A lesbian club bar maid identifies the recent victim: Janice Santos...
