NCIS Season 2 Episode 3

A farmer finds an abandoned, undamaged Cobra helicopter in his corn field crop in Smoky Corners, West Virginia, on one of a number of mysterious crop circles, fascinating to Abby, laughable to McGee. Both its USMC crewmen are missing, young roommates: Captains Patrick Barnett and Captain Rod Newell. Their unit commander Lt. Colonel Curtis Teague and his men were first on the scene, looking for the Marines. In the captains' apartment the team finds Barnett, who claims Newell took off alone after a mystery call from a pay-phone in Smoky Corners. Part-time Sheriff Miller Thompson offers no information, only reports from locals apparently believing in UFOs, but is actually watching in league with the farmer's family. State Police Captain Grant says the valley is divided by an east-west feud, but never calls his help. Abby and Ducky find a nearby burned-down cabin contains a fire-consumed corps...
