NCIS Season 1 Episode 3

Nine students holding a nightly campfire beach party are surprised by what sounds like fireworks, then a speedboat crashing into them, full of shot holes. The boys are delighted they can skip yet another lecture on sexual harassment when Navy Lt. Commander Farrell's body washes up, also shot-hole-littered, just as two drug dealers carrying $100 bills, two miles further, at Fort Story. The NCIS investigates in collaboration with DEA Agent Kent Fuller. They soon find out which drug gangs are involved. The money proves good forgery, possibly the motive if used to trick drug suppliers, and brings FBI Agent T.C. Fornell on the case as well, who informs them the bills were spend by 9-11 terrorists...
