NCIS Season 1 Episode 2

Two young lovers are stopped making out in her dad's car by a real surprise: marine sergeant Larry 'Thumper' Fuentes falls trough the roof because his parachute failed to open during night training. The team soon finds his parachute was sabotaged, and concentrates on other marines who may have had opportunity and/or motive. There are skin traces which could prove who tampered, but the DNA records of living marines are legally inaccessible. Still they get their man and even make him confess...
