The Glass House Season 1 Episode 6

Following the elimination of either Holly or Andrea, the remaining players participate in a game called "Spinner Code," where each team has to use a code to obtain images in order to solve a series of picture puzzles. The winning team - by virtue of the fastest time - wins a special prize, and it's up to the team captain to decide who gets it: either his teammates or himself. Later, two new contestants will be put into limbo, and it's up to the viewers to decide who is voted back into the house and who is sent home permanently.
