NCIS Season 6 Episode 5

Marine lance corporal Lance Brewer's body is found by neighbor Liz Adler, tortured and bled to death in his garage. The only other fingerprints are of Lance's missing, recently retired squad leader in Iraq, Jack Kale - psychotic because of experimental medication. He is FBI agent Tobias Fornell's murder witness for the prosecution against New york drug lord Rick Azari, and is under witness protection. Once informed, Kale flees the safe-house to the home of third squad mate Michael Straus, an addict who was tortured to death there shortly earlier.
