NCIS Season 2 Episode 22

When opening a letter sets off the NCIS bio-hazard alarm, it's strip and shower, cloths incinerated stat. First in quarantine in autopsy, then in 'space-suits', Gibbs verbally steers the investigation through Ducky and Abby's. Alas the calligraphic letter says it's genetically engineered antibiotics-resistant pneumonic plague (the very worst), the antidote is offered for disclosing a single case file. First-exposed Tony and Kate go in to the Navy hospital chambers with Tony's frat brother where Commander Dr. Pitt. diagnoses Tony's blood is infected. The ransom-file is about Navy cadets rape accusation, Gibbs is medically cleared and free to arrest.
