NCIS Season 2 Episode 17

A postal mix-up -not uncommon- gets a package delivered to a woman who reports it, being addressed from the Paraguyan tip of the tri-country South American crime paradise to naval intelligence student Petty Officer Benjamin Horlacher, as it contains two surgically harvested female blue eyes. Only after Horlacher's suicide the team realizes he didn't hide a girl-friend but his own trans-sexuality. His last call was to his South America professor, Guyman Purcell, who actually runs a murky 'consultancy firm' in Ciuduad del Este. Tony continues outclassing Kate and handling locals on an eventful mission there, while the home front aces technology-use, finds the eyes fit the iris of a girl on Purcell's YouTube commercials, and his teenage wife, but has a hard time dealing with Purcell's high-placed contacts...
