NCIS Season 1 Episode 18

A couple is surprised at night by SEAL Petty Officer Jack D. Curtin who forces entry, wields a club and strips down in the woman's bedroom, but instead of raping her just runs off with the husband's clothes. Using a guard's fingerprint and digital identification card, Jack has cleverly escaped from Leavenworth military prison, where he is serving time after being convicted for the murder of his wife and the cable repair man he erroneously thought to be sleeping with that wife. Kate Todd stays with Jack's parents-in-law, who have custody of his adoring young son Kevin, but Jack was clever enough to get in first, passed McGee and after binding and gagging Kate, but leaves alone after some paternal quality time. The team realizes he may have been wrongly convicted, and is now on the trail of the real killer to take revenge. Indeed, helped by people involved in his trial, the team finds that Jack's late wife had a secret love life, possibly with another Afghanistan veteran.
