Simon ends up saving Peter, a geeky comic-book nerd, from being mugged on the street. Peter ends up becoming friends with Simon. The friendship soon turns into obsession though and threatens to destroy everything that Simon holds close. Simon ends up finding out the real sacrifices that you have to make to be a real super-hero
