Flashpoint Season 2 Episode 21

The SRU is in search of a man, Robert Cooper, who stopped two local drug dealers from vandalizing a local restaurant only to take their gun and hunt them down. Cooper goes vigilante and the SRU must stop him from killing the drug dealers he blames for the burning down of his family's hardware store and for the death of his brother who died that morning of an overdose.
