The thief diluted the strongbox's marker die in the pool and base-jumped to a nearby roof. There a shred of Jim Colton's parachute is found. The Russian mob torturer demands Ryan 'fixes it' and kidnaps Sarnoff victim Mark Gantry's little boy Billy as 'incentive'. Ryan plant security guard Ben Porterson's fingerprint in the safe, not enough for an arrest. Mark panics and informs Horatio, who takes charge.
