After a photo of school team swimmer Candace Walker makes her an instant Internet celebrity, she becomes the object of a fan cult and major jealousy. At a swimming event, her hunky boyfriend Luke Selyan is killed by an arrow, part of the equipment of the school's archery team, which school coach Robert Whitten claims to keep under lock and key. Fearing for Candace's safety, Horatio gets Ryan Wolfe, still looking for rehabilitation, to assure her close protection.
