Geudae ape dashi seorisa (1981)

Ballet star Woo Yeon-jeong becomes a movie star, but she gives up acting when she falls in love with Min Hyeon-jun. She learns that she has bone cancer on the same day that she learns that she is pregnant and her lover proposes marriage.
