NCIS: Los Angeles Season 1 Episode 8

Special Agent Mike Renko got an informant in the militia Enhancing Law Enforcement (ELE), which fights illegal immigration ruthlessly. It was Marine reserve lance corporal Edward Mackaye, just garroted in the Caprillo marine aquarium. He was investigating the theft of exchangeable nuclear war heads. Chief suspect is Camp Pendleton corporal Scott Reilly, acquainted with ELE founder Malcolm Tallridge and his deputy John Bordinay. Reilly is apprehended on the beach where he passed over 6 stolen missiles. Cullen plays a fellow convict so they can bond in a staged escape. Tallridge's own paranoia and cruelty prove paramount.
