Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Season 2 Episode 30

Adam takes Sean under his wing in part because he reminds Adam of himself when he was younger. He tries to give him self confidence by personally teaching him martial arts outside of class. Lord Zedd uses Adam's memories of self doubt against him with a special mirror to make him lose confidence in himself. Adam is forced to face his demons from the past, and none of the rangers can help him!
