In "Operation: C.H.A.D. (Charming Hero Avoids Destruction)", operatives from the KND international organization are all being neutralized by Mega Mom and Destructo Dad and the remaining KND form an alliance with the legendary Numbuh 274 to ground the malevolent parent pair.
