The Chief packs his things and heads off on his motorcycle into the sunset of Arizona. While playing golf, Cujo finds a severed finger when searching for Mannion's golf ball. Mannion bring the finger to the attention of Deputy Arturo Ortez while some M.P.D. officers deal with their reassignments.
