Billy's mother has remarried. She, Billy and his new stepfather move into their new house on Mother's Day. The house is in Springwood. The stepfather has a difficult temper and Billy wants more attention from his mother. As soon as they arrive, they leave Billy alone since they are going on their honeymoon.
