The interns ask for help from Cristina and Meredith when their back room "study group" has a set back while Izzie continues to wrestle things in her mind by herself. Patients include a father of a teenager who refuses to sleep because she doesn't feel safe and a hypochondriac who's prognosis is not as bad as she feared, but the proposed cure is worse.
